Part I. Video Shooting Standards

  1. Shooting Quality
  • Resolution: 1920×1080 pixels or above
  • Bitrate: 6,000 kbps
  1. Shooting Content
  • Total video duration: up to 150 seconds, Drone video shoot
  • Enterprise Introduction (required): Maximum 120 seconds
  • Main Products Introduction (optional): Maximum 30 seconds
  1. Enterprise Introduction (Required)
  • General Appearance: Footage should include the enterprise front door, nameplate, factory, workshop, office building, staff dormitories, etc.
  • Office Overview: Workspace overview, employee training sessions, meetings, work scenes, and communication activities.
  • Production Area: Production workshop, production line, equipment, close-up of employees at work, product inspection lab, inspection process, etc.
  • Storage Area: Sample display room, product certifications, finished product warehouse with product stacking.
  1. Main Products Introduction (Optional)
  • Overview of the sample display room
  • Product samples showcased
  1. Video Dubbing Standards / Script
  • The dubbing script must reflect the actual business situation of the supplier.
  • The video partner should provide professional English dubbing based on the supplier’s script.
  • Audio and video must be professionally synchronized.

Part II. 360° Panoramic Photos

  1. Delivery Content
  • Quantity: 3 pieces
  • Resolution: 6000×3000 pixels or above (no specific equipment required)
  1. Shooting Scene
  • Must be within the verified address range and suitable for 360° photography
  1. Shooting Standards
  • Minimum 1 shooting point
  • Seamless stitching required (no visible seams)
  • No landmark buildings, unauthorized logos, or prohibited products in view
  1. Shooting/Production Cycle
  • Shooting should be conducted on the same day as the video shoot
  • On-site preview and confirmation by the customer is required
  • Confirm arrangement order and playback starting view
  1. Coordination
  • The video partner is responsible for scheduling the shoot with the supplier
  • After confirmation of draft video and script, the partner finalizes dubbing, adds Alibaba.com logo, and submits the final video

Part II. Service Delivery Time Requirements

  1. Overall Timeline
  • The entire process must be completed within 30 calendar days, starting from the date the task email is received by the video partner
  1. Delays & Penalties
  • If the service exceeds 30 days more than once per quarter, new task assignments may be reduced or paused
  • If delayed over 30 days more than three times in a year, service may be terminated
  • For tasks completed after 45 days, payment may be reduced to 90% of the original contract value
  1. Customer-Caused Delays
  • If delay is due to the customer, the video partner must inform the team via email
  • Email should include the reason and communication record
  • Total extended timeline must not exceed 60 calendar days
